RTP tanks feature smoothwall interior (no interior ledges), exact manufacturing tolerances and the top rated Fusion 7000 FBE™ powder coat process available for bolted tank construction. Tank Connection also provides complete turnkey field installation service, utilizing direct factory crews. Field installation is accomplished utilizing synchronized, hydraulic screw jacks, which allows field crews to install tanks/silos at grade level. This process receives the highest industry ratings for quality control and safety in the field.
Dry Bulk Storage Silos - Hopper gravity discharge is available in a variety of configurations including skirted silos, drive-through skirted silos, silos elevated on structures, silos supported on load cells and functional mass flow storage systems. Hopper bottom designs are available with storage capacities from 1,000 cubic feet up to 80,000 cubic feet. Flat bottom storage capacities are available with capacities up to 2 million cubic feet.
